On behalf of OKT, I would like to congratulate one of our founding partners, Roger Townshend, on being selected by the magazine Best Lawyers as the 2017 Toronto Lawyer of the Year in Aboriginal law!
Roger takes over from another one of our founding partners, Nancy Kleer, who was selected for the same award last year.
Best Lawyers’ analysis is based on surveys of other lawyers practising in our field. We are grateful to Best Lawyers for recognizing OKT’s lawyers, and to our peers practising in Aboriginal law for the nice things they have had to say, year after year, about the work that we do.
It is a privilege every day to come in to work for our clients in their struggle for justice, and we are additionally grateful when the quality of our work is recognized by our peers.
