Ariel is an Associate at OKT. She lives in Yellowknife, NT.
Ariel graduated from the BCL/JD program at McGill University in 2022. She articled at OKT's Yellowknife office in 2022-2023. Ariel served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Grammond at the Federal Court of Canada in 2023-2024.
While at McGill, Ariel introduced secondary school students to legal concepts through the L.E.X. program. She volunteered at Resilience Montreal and interned at the Centre québecois du droit de l'environnement. Ariel represented McGill at the Canadian National Negotiation Competition in 2021.
Before attending law school, Ariel studied Political Science and Communication at the University of Ottawa. She moved to Yellowknife in 2016 to work as a Communications Officer for the Contaminants and Remediation Division within Crown Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada.
