The Law Times recently published an article entitled “First Nations have Iron Grip on Ontario’s Economy”. As a firm we thought that this article was problematic in a number of ways, including being factually incorrect. We also greatly objected to the lack of Indigenous voices in the article. We sent a letter to the editor, which the Law Time published. You can see our rebuttal to this piece here.
