OKT is proud to have assisted a number of Indigenous clients with protection of sacred and burial sites, including developing innovative easements, co-management and custodial regimes that respect requirements under Indigenous law while ensuring maximum protection under Canadian law. We have also worked with communities to the repatriate cultural property from museum and private collections.
