Enistala Ellistan transitioned to the role of HR Coordinator at Olthuis Kleer Townshend in April 2022 after initially joining the firm as a Legal Assistant in February 2021. She assists in organizing employee events, managing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Enistala graduated with a Bachelor degree from York University, in Human Rights and Equity Studies. In 2018, she completed the Paralegal Program at Centennial College and obtained her P1 Paralegal License.
