Timi Oyewo joined Olthuis Kleer Townshend in October 2021 as a Legal Assistant. He assists lawyers who practice Corporate Law, Civil Litigation, and Negotiations on behalf of First Nations in the Northwest Territories and in Ontario.
Timi was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017, and graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa in 2020. Prior to working at OKT, Timi worked as a Senior Law Clerk for a firm practicing in Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Civil Disputes, which enabled him to gain significant experience in Civil Litigation practice and procedures.
Timi is an internationally published legal writer with the Hague Yearbook of International Law and other publications.
He has a strong passion for Youth Mentorship, Still Life Art, and Social Justice.
