Trish O’Hearn joined Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP in May 2022 as a Legal Assistant. She provides support to lawyers who practice Aboriginal and Treaty Rights Litigation and Negotiations.
Trish has worked in the legal profession for a number of years, beginning at a large law firm downtown as part of Humber College’s Legal Assistant Co-Op Program.
Since that time, she has worked in a variety of practice areas including Labour and Employment Law, Human Rights, Workplace Health and Safety, Insurance Defence and Commercial Litigation.
In addition to developing her knowledge and skills through work experience, Trish completed a Certificate in Law Procedures, obtained her Law Clerk’s designation in 2002, and was licensed as a Paralegal in 2007.
